Join us for a four hour interactive program. Attendees will be provided with the tools and resources to identify complex issues involving Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), learn best practices for cases that involve pensions, and understand the different types of retirement plans and how they should be divided. Topics will include pre-QDRO planning strategy, ERISA plans vs. public plans, distribution issues, judgment drafting issues to protect the family law attorney, bifurcation and QDROs, ensuring survivor benefits and much more!
