Former Center Board Vice President Laura Wasser Featured in Loyola Law Alumni Magazine
Former Harriett Buhai Center board Vice President, Laura Wasser, is featured in the 2012 edition of Loyola Law School Alumni Magazine. The article highlights many of Wasser’s strengths, including her intellect, discretion and empathetic nature, all qualities that the Center staff came to know and appreciate during her tenure on the board. Wasser emphasizes the value of pro bono work in the legal community, and encourages new and future law graduates to take an active interest in family law. Wasser served on the Center board from 2000 until 2008, and was Vice President of the board from 2003 until 2006. She has been featured in Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star and is a partner with the high-profile family law firm Wasser, Cooperman & Carter in Century City.
