Justice Starts With Community
Every day, the Buhai Center helps low-income Angelenos navigate some of life’s most consequential moments—from protecting their children and securing financial stability to finding safety from domestic violence.
Our clients come to us when they need a lawyer but cannot afford one. For many, our help can mean the difference between protection and continued vulnerability.
And the need remains far greater than our capacity. With fewer than 10 attorneys, the Buhai Center can serve less than half of the qualified people who seek our help. The rest must navigate a complex family law system without a lawyer by their side.
That is why this community matters. Your support makes it possible for more people to have a voice, protect what matters most, and move forward with greater stability and dignity.
